Originally established as Caliente Airlines. On 2022.02.07, the airline become a subsidiary of Pan Ukrainian and renamed as AAG Colombia on 2023.09.10.
The airline will use AOA (Atlantic Ocean Airways) corporate and visual identities to integrate operation with AOA group companies, AAG's regional sub-group in Central and South America.
